This project involved the creation of a lighting composition to support and enhance a provided soundtrack and sculpture.

Concept Statement My concentration for this project was to use the attributes of light, especially the movement of light, to provide a visual interpretation of the qualities in the music. Keeping the tempo and the mood of the lighting consistent with Winston's composition was my next highest priority. Working around the scuplture, I made every effort to give the viewer a consistent sense of scale and scope to support the artifact. In combination with Fragrant Fields, I added meshes of melting green grass, and beams of sunlight pouring across hazy fields.
